History and Structure

Dynamic Resources has been establishing its consulting services since 1997, when it opened its first office in Seattle USA and then migrated to Vancouver Canada. Since then, it has been expanding its executive search and human resources consultancy in the Pan Pacific region since end 1998, and has established consultancy offices in Vancouver, the Hong Kong SAR, Shanghai and Guangzhou in the P.R China.

Dynamic Resources has been becoming the member of the IESF China in 2008. IESF China is a member of IESF International Executive Search Federation www.iesf.com with 120 member offices in 40 countries, and is the largest Executive Search Group in the World since 2007. It facilitates the firm to provide global and regional talents management consultancy services to international clients with offices in different continents. The firm’s majority customers are located in Canada, USA, Hong Kong SAR, China and South East Asia.

Dynamic Resources also evolves to become a professional business management consultancy firm in the Greater China Region through the acquisition of local professional firms in accountancy, taxation, business establishment and legal advisory. The firm employs 45 professionals in various capacities of research, consultancy and training in the Region.
